This may be down to one of three reasons:


  1. Alerts are only sent if there are matching jobs and no jobs currently match your alert
  2. The emails are being marked as 'Spam' by your mail provider
  3. There's some other problem


1. There are no matching jobs


To check whether your job alert matches any current jobs, sign in to your account and go to "Your Job Alerts". Hover over the row containing the alert to activate the menu and click on "Results".

If the resulting page shows "No jobs found" then your alert has not matched any jobs in the database. You can edit your criteria to widen your search, or wait for matching jobs to be entered.



2. Emails are not getting through to your inbox


If there are matching jobs, check your 'Spam' or 'Junk Mail' folders to see if the email is stuck. It may help to add 'indemand@indemand.careers' to your list of safe senders.


3. There's some other problem


If you have tried both of the above suggestions and still have no alerts, please submit a ticket and we will investigate.
